Not every offering belongs on your public list. A private consultation for existing clients, a corporate rate or a service you only book yourself can be hidden, while still being bookable from a direct link or from your dashboard.
Visibility options
Open the offering and use the Visibility control at the top of the page:
- Shown on booking page: listed for everyone. This is the default.
- Hidden, direct link only: off the list, but anyone with the offering's link can book it. The link opens straight into that offering.
- Hidden: off the booking page entirely. Only you and your team can book it, from the dashboard.
Save with the bar at the bottom of the page. Use the copy button next to it to copy the offering's link, or View on booking page to open it.
Hidden or inactive?
A hidden offering is still active: you can book it from the New Booking window, and it keeps its sessions and bookings. Switching Active off instead stops all new bookings, from your page and from the dashboard, until you switch it back on.
