How clients book with their package

How a client uses their package link to see their remaining sessions and book a time or a class, and what to do if the link is lost.

Last updated

Every package a client buys comes with its own link, sent in the purchase email. The link is their key to the package: it shows how many sessions they have left and lets them book without paying again.

The package page

The link opens a page with the client's name, the package name and cover image, how many sessions are left and until when the package is valid. A Your sessions list shows what they have booked, each with a Manage link to change or cancel it within your rules.

Booking a session

  1. 1

    Click Book a session

The client clicks Book a session on their package page.
  2. 2

Pick a time or a class

For a 1:1 offering they pick a date and time. For a group offering they pick a session, and how many spots if the offering allows several; each spot uses one session from the package.
  3. 3

    Confirm

They add any notes and answers to your booking questions and click Confirm session. The booking is confirmed or waits for your approval, depending on the offering's confirmation setting, and the page shows how many sessions are left.

One email per package

Sessions are booked under the email address of the client who owns the package, and that email cannot be changed on the booking. If the client has no email address on file, the page asks them to get you to add one.

When booking is not possible

The page tells the client why if they cannot book: the payment is still being confirmed, the package has expired, it was cancelled, all sessions are used, or the offering is currently unavailable.

Lost link

If a client cannot find their email, open the package, go to the Sold tab and choose Resend link email or Copy booking link on their row.
