Reports in the sidebar shows how your business is doing: bookings, takings, your busiest times and what each team member brought in. The page has tabs, and each person sees the tabs their permissions allow.
The tabs
- Overview: a summary of one month. Included on every plan.
- Daily, Monthly and Team members: detailed reports. These are Pro reports and show a PRO label on the free plan. See Daily, monthly and team member reports.
- Commissions and Payouts: what each team member earned in commission and what you have paid out. See Commissions and payouts.
The Overview tab
Pick a month at the top. The Overview shows:
- Earned: the value of the month's bookings that are not cancelled, after any sale or coupon, including pending ones. Shown to people who can see money.
- Bookings: how many bookings start in the month, cancelled ones included.
- Cancellation rate, with the number cancelled.
- Top services, By team member, Busiest days and Busiest hours.
Users who can see everyone's calendar or finances, and the team, can switch the view to a single team member. People whose access is limited to their own bookings see only their own figures.
Who can see what
Reports follow the permissions on each user (see Team permissions):
- Overview needs access to the Calendar or to Finances. With Own access, it covers only that user's linked team member, and Earned needs Finances access.
- Reports (None or View) opens the Daily, Monthly and Team members tabs. These cover the whole business and include client names and revenue. The Team members tab also needs access to Team.
- Commissions (None, View or Manage) opens the Commissions and Payouts tabs and the commission figures inside the other reports. Manage is needed to mark commission as paid or undo a payout.
The Owner template includes both Reports and Commissions. The Front desk and Staff templates include neither, but still get the Overview.
